We’re destined to be heard.
Our ancestors told us so.

Our name, pipikwan pêhtâkwan, meaning "eagle bone whistle that is heard loudly’ in nēhiyawēwin (Cree) reflects our commitment to honouring our ancestors and the next seven generations.

In every project, we honour our values to nurture relationality, embrace inclusivity, and create opportunities for meaningful growth and transformation.

Grounded in decolonization, we challenge Western ways and colonial systems to make room for Indigenous ways of knowing, creating space for change, empowerment, and (re)connection within communities.

Our Process

The strength of our team comes from our unique approach and values placed on our relationships. Guided by various Indigenous methods of research and relationship building, we inform our work in ways that center diverse perspectives. By embracing integrated, cross-functional, and collaborative approaches, we ensure the right voices are invited into the circle, working together to achieve your project goals with purpose and inclusivity.

How we can help you

  • We can help you take the first steps of your reconciliation journey without shame or fear. Curiosity comes first.

  • Through hands-on training and meaningful initiatives, we support Indigenous communities and settler organizations in building capacity and creating lasting solutions. We prioritize empowering our partners for long-term success so they have the knowledge and resources needed to continue thriving on their own, while taking comfort in knowing that we are just a phone call away.

  • We understand the challenges in reaching existing and new audiences. Let us break through the noise and share your messages in an impactful way.

  • We can help you tell your story in a way that is memorable, confident, and impactful to help you best reach your audience.

  • We apply decolonized approaches to our communications, design, media and engagement work. We can infuse your projects with Indigenous perspectives and guidance from Elders who advise us every step of the way.

  • We are helpers, always open and always learning, fostering transparent and honest conversations through a diverse perspective. Our staff brings a varied, intersectional lens to the work we do, drawing from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences. We understand how different factors—such as culture, identity, gender, and socioeconomic status—intersect to shape unique perspectives.

  • We are invested in our partners' growth and success while advocating for the well-being and safety of Indigenous Peoples. Grounded in a trauma-informed approach, we acknowledge the impacts of historical and systemic injustices, centering healing and resilience in our work to build meaningful connections and reach diverse audiences.
